Samantha Radandt

Samantha Radandt is the owner of rsvp wedding coordination, B & R Events, and Southern Gala. Her journey as a wedding planner and designer began in 2006 with B & R Events and progressed into producing fundraisers for NAMI Greenville and Tell Every Amazing Lady about Ovarian Cancer with their sister company, Southern Gala.
B & R Events have been recognized for their talents with wedding planning, wedding coordination, and customer service on a web, regional, and national level.They have been recipients of the WeddingWire’s Couple’s Choice Award for 10 consecutive years, the National Association of Catering and Events’ Best Event Planner of 2016 for Western North Carolina and Upstate South Carolina, one of the top three companies to be nominated nationally for WeddingWire’s the Art of Being Exceptional Award, and a national nominee for "Best Wedding under $50,000" at the 2017 National Association of Catering and Events One Awards. They were also published in the Winter 2019/Spring 2020 issue of Southern Bride. B & R Events and rsvp wedding coordination are proud nominees for 5 different categories with the 2020 National Association of Catering and Events One Awards.

Shannon Hutchings Young
chief operating officer, principal coordinator
Shannon’s studies at College of Charleston in the Hospitality and Tourism program led to an early career with ClubCorp and Harbour Club. For the next 20 years, she honed her skills and climbed the corporate ladder as she excelled as a nationally recognized events director. Her talents embraced service event designing, event execution, event management, and even becoming an award-winning bartender in her spare time.
Never being content to go long without a challenge during this time, Shannon and husband Jered started their own business named Serving You Joy featuring In-Home Fine Dining. Highlights during this time included catering several elaborate weddings and other significant events, including the PGA Championship Golf Tournament on Kiawah Island.
When a position opened up at ClubCorp’s Commerce Club in Greenville, Shannon transferred back to her home town to help grow business here and to be near family.
Shannon is very involved in community and civic activities, serving as Chair of the Simpsonville Hospitality and Accommodations Tax Committee and volunteering for Meals on Wheels, Wounded Warrior Project, and Celebrate Upstate Veterans. Shannon relishes her spare time with traveling, outdoor activities such as hiking, and spending time with family and friends. As a result of her many recent hiking trips in Upstate South Carolina parks, she is developing a keen interest in mycology.

Danielle Deming
principal coordinator
Danielle Deming is a young business professional who has always taken pride in attention to detail and going above and beyond for her patients and clients in all aspects of her life. These to include but are not limited to her nursing career, customer service with manufacturing companies, and managing a dental office for a nationwide company for 3 years.
She's originally from upstate NY and relocated here August of 2015 for a chance to grow more as a professional and expand on her talents and skills. She's worked on event planning committees for the past 5 years, including Susan G Komen CNY, and loves exceeding the client's expectations. She loves spending time with her handsome fur baby, Bandit, and her daughter, Emery Jane.
She looks forward to making your day one you will never forget!

Kate Hicks
principal coordinator
Kate comes to the rsvp team with over 10 years experience in the hospitality and event industry. She began her career in Southern California wine country and worked her way across the United States most recently curating events for South Carolina's Riverbanks Zoo.
Kate’s expertise encompasses many facets of the hospitality and event industry including South-East Asian weddings, large and small scale corporate events, non-profit and charity events, wedding and receptions, and private events of all kinds. Her many years of travels, love for design and a sophisticated eye, lead her to understand each clients need for attention to detail. On her off time Kate enjoys coordinating the chaos of her two daughters Ella and Bee, traveling, and collecting wine.

Hayley Jarrio
principal coordinator
Hayley Wilder graduated Cum Laude from the University of South Carolina, with a degree in Tourism Management with an emphasis in event and meeting planning. While at the University of South Carolina, Hayley was the recipient of the SC Festival and Event Association Scholarship.
Currently, Hayley works for the Hilton Greenville as their Corporate Sales Manager. She was also involved with the Ways and Means Committee of Appalachian Chapter of the National Association of Catering and Events, PULSE Young Professionals, and is a member of the 2017 Pacesetters program within the Greenville Chamber. She loves her 2 dogs, Lily and Ruger, her hubby Kyle, and is an active member of Sportsclub.

Alexa Rosenfeld
principal coordinator and personalization specialist
Alexa Rosenfeld attended Clemson University for Travel and Tourism, and has had various experience with hotels, hospitality and weddings while interning with Hilton Greenville and with rsvp wedding coordination. Alexa finds peace with organization and creative projects as she has owned her own personalizing business for 7 years. With an obsession for Disney and travel planning, that is where Alexa and her family spends most vacations, in the happiest place on earth!

Brandi Bronson
principal coordinator in training
Brandi Bronson was born in Heidelberg, Germany and a self proclaimed "Army brat" and was raised all around the United States. While in college, Brandi participated in the Disney College Program as a "merchantainer". She had the privilege of working in Animal Kingdom and make magic every day. After returning to South Carolina, Brandi had the biggest honor of my life and became a mommy to her sweet little boy, Carson.
In 2018, Brandi volunteered for New Year's Eve 2019 Southern Gala and formed an instant friendship with Samantha. Brandi then became a regular volunteer for all Southern Gala events. Working with Southern Gala reminded Brandi of the magic she helped create while working at Disney, and she wanted to do more. One of Brandi's favorite parts of this job is watching events being created from start to finish and seeing the artwork and logistics come to life. Since making differences in people's lives for the last two years, Brandi is honored to become an official member of the B & R and rsvp family. Let's get this party started!

Carly Chapman

Carly is a bubbly and creative individual that loves detail and organization as much as she loves spontaneity and fun. Carly studied Parks and Recreation Tourism Management, with a concentration in Travel and Tourism, and Psychology at Clemson University. During her time at Clemson, Carly became the first intern for rsvp and has continued to grow and learn as a part of the rsvp team.
In addition to finding the calm in the chaos, Carly enjoys making others happy and bringing their visions to life, which is why she thrives in the event industry. Carly long term plan to pursue a career in corporate event planning to combine her love for travel, design, events, and people makes her the perfect fixture for the rsvp team.

Emily Fincher
principal coordinator
With a keen attention to detail and dedication to perform coordinating at the highest caliber, Emily Fincher has found her passion in the wedding and events world. The Anderson native relocated to Greenville after living in Nicaragua as a teacher. Prior to her trip, she coordinated a fundraising event for her move and raised over $8,000 in one night. That is where her passion for event planning sparked.
Since then, she has coordinated over fifty weddings and events. She is also the head director for Greenville's first NEDA Walk. Emily is very excited to be working with the rsvp family! Emily lives in Greenville and loves her sweet boy Rivers and her handsome boyfriend Rico. When she is not working, you will find Emily at a concert, hiking in the Smokey Mountains, or eating tacos with friends.

Audrey Martin

Audrey started with B & R as an intern through Clemson University. After graduating with a degree in Travel and Tourism, she continued with rsvp and worked at Commerce Club to continue her event career. Throughout her experience, she has helped with Southern Gala events, NAMI fundraising and the NEDA walk. Audrey has also been an active member of the National Association of Catering and Events. Audrey’s passion is to help others and truly believes B & R’s slogan, “making dreams become a reality."

Jennifer Mathews

Jennifer is originally from Harrisburg North Carolina, but since moving to Greenville in 2016 she has become a Mavin in Greenville’s hospitality scene, with extensive experience in hotels, catering and restaurants! When she’s not at work or beside a bride, she can be found spending time with her rescue pup, Zooey!

Sydney Hilburn
principal coordinator
Sydney attended Clemson University where she majored in Parks, Recreation, Travel and Tourism Management. Her experience in restaurants, hotels, camps, retail and interning with rsvp wedding coordination makes her a well rounded hospitality professional. She graduated Cum Laude from Clemson in 2020 and has moved to Greenville where she is continuing to pursue opportunities in the event industry. As a Charleston native she has always been surrounded by the tourism hospitality industry and has a passion for brining happiness to others. Her strong work ethic and attention to detail make her a great addition to the rsvp team!
